Rosemary - Essential Oil

 

Essential oils are aromatic liquids obtained from plants through steam distillation and named after the plant from which they are derived. Each essential oil has its own benefits and treatments. It can help in reducing stress/anxiety, treat fungal infections, relaxation, improves sleep, reduce nausea, relieves headaches, etc.

Different ways on how to use essential oils:

Massage: Blend 5 - 6 drops of essential oil per 10ml of carrier oil. 

Inhalations: Add 4 - 6 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming water. Place a towel over your head. DO NOT LEAN TOO CLOSE TO THE STEAM. 

Humidifier: Add 3 - 9 drops of essential oil into the water of the humidifier.

Burners: Fill with water and then add 3 - 6 drops of essential oil. Do not let the water dry out.
