Shipping Policy


Once your order has been made, you will receive a confirmation email.


All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.


Courier takes 3-4 working days, outlined areas can take up to 4-5 working days. Please note that if your parcel delivery falls over the weekend/public holidays then it may take longer.


Please allow 12 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Delivery charges:

We charge a Flat Rate of R130. This includes reliable courier delivery straight to your door.


Free of charge for all orders over R650.


Self-Collection / Pick up :

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup our warehouse in Cape Town. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection.


Our in-store pickup hours are 8am-17pm on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:


Returns: We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We will examine the condition of the goods being returned before making a refund or exchange.


Exchange: Should you want to exchange your products for something else. Shipping fees will be at your own charge. We will examine the condition of the goods being returned before making an exchange.


Damages: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us withing 24 hours to let us know if the parcel and its contents is in anyway damaged or faulty. Please send an email to    with a detailed description of the damage and fault, your order number and pictures/video of the damaged or faulty product in question.
