How to use:

Never leave your cup suctioned in 1 place - always keep it moving and use a liberal amount of oil. Do not pull on the skin, anchor with your free hand.

Static, dynamic (massage), or flash cupping (suction, lift, release, repeat). Use with body oil.

Recommended use 5 minutes per treatment area 2-3 times a week for the initial 4-6 weeks, followed by 1x weekly for maintenance.
